Manager, Transformation.  Job location:  Miami, FL. Will travel to various locations throughout the U.S. for temporary assignments. Frequency of travel based on client needs but no more than 60%. Working from home in any U.S. location is an option.  Duties: Perform readiness assessments to evaluate cost, performance, capabilities and best practices. Design a future state model using Lucid Charts for shared service areas identifying improvement opportunities, refining the organization structure, refining the governance model and technology enhancements.  Evaluate overlapping processes to gain scope alignment recommendations for future state processes.  Conduct transactional testing to achieve optimal efficiency. Build an implementation roadmap driven by the business case, creating a sequenced plan for the implementation and realization of transformation milestones. Define high-level integrated planning processes using Empower charts, planning calendar, optimize organization models as well as modern technology architecture.  Develop a multi-year implementation roadmap starting from detailed process design to technology implementation using PowerPoint and Xpir. Requires: B.S. (or foreign equiv.) in Bus. Admin., Finance or related field and 3 yrs. exp. in the job offered or 3 yrs. exp. as an Associate or Consultant.  Concurrent exp. must incl.: 2 yrs. exp. performing readiness assessments and 2 yrs. exp. conducting transactional testing.
