SALARY: $82,400-$92,700, bonus eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Total Rewards Auditing, Systems, and Reporting Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and effectiveness of Total Rewards programs through robust auditing practices, system optimization, and data-driven reporting. This role supports the Compensation and Benefits teams by maintaining system functionality, conducting audits, and delivering actionable insights that drive compliance, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and enhance Total Rewards systems and reporting tools to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Conduct regular audits of Total Rewards data, transactions, and system configurations to identify discrepancies and ensure alignment with policy and regulatory standards.
- Generate and analyze recurring and ad hoc reports to support Compensation, Benefits, and broader People Operations teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve reporting capabilities and streamline system workflows.
- Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new Total Rewards technologies and enhancements.
- Investigate and resolve data issues through root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
- Ensure timely execution of Total Rewards transactions, system feeds, and vendor integrations.
- Document audit procedures, findings, and remediation efforts to support compliance and continuous improvement.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Total Rewards, HR systems, auditing, or reporting roles.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP) and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills with experience conducting audits and implementing data quality improvements.
- Familiarity with system configuration, testing, and implementation processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
