The Manager, Title Marketing Ops - Peacock, is a dynamic, production savvy project professional responsible for managing the creation of compelling campaigns for NBCU’s single title original content.
This position requires excellent production management skills across campaign planning, video, print, digital and events, as well as exceptional communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
This position will report to the Director, Title Marketing Ops and will be a key stakeholder to the planning, creative, social, and press teams within the Peacock Brand Marketing organization, as well as external agencies and freelancers. Team-player mentality, and commitment to building team culture are an absolute must.
- Responsible for managing the full campaign process of all promotional assets, from strategy, production, through to delivery and execution on Peacock single title campaigns.
- Support the internal creative team by developing campaign timelines, project deliverables, scope, and resources.
- Serve as key campaign contact for cross functional partners. Facilitate alignment, spot risk, and identify solutions that contribute to the success of the campaign for all stakeholders.
- Own all required project documentation and reports, including asset trackers and production budgets.
- Identify and implement process improvements and escalate/troubleshoot pain points.
- Efficiently deliver all final campaign materials and documentation to the trafficking team.
- Identify and hire additional freelance creatives as projects require.
- Represent Marketing Ops and advocate for project management standards and best practices.
Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements
- 3+ years' experience leading production centric projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, and an ability to use the right method for the task and situation.
- Excellent written and verbal communications, ability to tailor to all levels of an organization
- Strong leadership skills, with the proven ability to coordinate team members across teams and locations
