You Will:

The Test Automation Manager will play a critical role in the Quality Assurance department. Specifically, the Test Automation Manager be responsible for the development and maintenance of QA test automation framework, making it an integral part of Continuous Delivery and Test-Driven Development processes. Define test automation strategy and roadmap. Develop and implement test automation plans. Actively participate in Agile development process, review test plans, define automation approach and determine the efforts. Provide leadership and technical guidance to QA engineers involved in automated test scripts development to ensure high quality automation deliverables based on Selenium WebDriver for web products and Appium for mobile applications. Manage test scripts development and execution, collect test data and report on test results. Collaborate with other QA and Dev teams on product test planning and organization.

You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of related experience or Master’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of related experience
• Drives the test automation strategy across development and test.
• Collaborates with the software leadership team to define an overall qualification automation strategy.
• Provides software technical leadership on software Test Automation.
• Drives the proliferation of continues integration testing.
• Collaborates with peers to define and evolve software qualification processes (including test creation, traceability, automated DHF artifact creation, i.e., verification structure report)
• Responsible for Software Test Automation frameworks and design.
• Supports Software development team in evaluation and investigation of software defects.
• Provides a level of effort for assigned software testing activities; tracks personal estimates over time to improve accuracy
• Follows project and corporate software plans, standards, and procedures to perform software testing and test automation. This includes participating in requirements review, automation framework design, test case reviews, and team meetings.
• Establish best practices and key principles pertaining to test automation.
• Manage and mentor a team of test automation engineers, assign tasks, providing technical guidance, and fostering career development.
• Promote collaboration between test automation engineers and other development teams
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Technical ownership of projects and managing resources
• Good oral and written communication skills with excellent collaborations skills.
• Must be able to work on-site at least 3 days a week and work flexible hours to collaborate with Global IT and business team members.

Technical Expertise:

• Experience in defining and implementing tools strategy, test automation frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, Appium, Cypress, etc. and reusable components across multiple platforms or technologies
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Desired experience in effectively using tools like AI tools or Copado
• Proven experience in generating test cases using AI tools and increasing adoption in QA team
• Proven experience to perform end to end testing of Salesforce and full stack java spring boot platforms
• Proven experience of testing microservices built and deployed on public cloud
• Experienced in Continuous Integration with Jenkins, Bamboo or similar
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of test automation engineers
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Domestic and international implementation experience
