Manager, Technology Partnerships – 3D Visualization

 

 

Location: This role could be hybrid or home-based.

 

 

POSITION SUMMARY 

 

The Manager, Technology Partnerships – 3D Visualization serves as a partnerships development expert who identifies, qualifies, negotiates, and closes Partnership agreement between Bentley Systems and strategic visualization engine vendors. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

• Identify partnership opportunities. 
• Qualify opportunities through a thorough and extensive analysis of the respective markets, tech, and business gaps. 
• Build the partnership development plan, and document the mapped actions to a successful, long-term, and bilateral partnership engagement. 
• Engages the required Bentley resources in the negotiation process, inclusive of other departments like Product, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sales…  
• Be accountable for priorities with business direction and timeline commitments. 
• Achieves relationship excellence with Partners at all levels and from varying cultures around the world. 
• Good interpersonal communication skills, influencing without direct authority skills, flexibility, and adaptability to work in unknown environment. 
• This role requires 30% travel.
• Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements).

 

ACCOUNTABILITY 

 

• Weekly Partner Development Report. 
• Quarterly and Annual objective achievement. 
• Coaching, mentoring and team contribution.  

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

 

• Minimum Education Requirements: BS/BA Degree or Equivalent 

 

Preferred Experience 

 

• 5 to 7 years’ experience working in technology and/or business development for a Game Engine, VR/AR, or 3D visualization solution company.  
• Experience working with contracts, written (formal) communication, and managing communications. 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Microsoft Office Suite and CRM experience are desirable.
