We are thrilled to invite you to apply for the role of Manager of Contract/Budget Management & Strategic Relations within our Global Information Technology Organization.
As a GIT Communications Specialist & Manager, you'll have the exciting opportunity to lead our IT contracts management and budget processes, support our e-signature solutions, and collaborate with the software asset management team to address shadow IT applications. You'll also play a crucial role in managing strategic partnerships and engaging in the M&A due diligence processes, driving our organization towards success.
What you'll do:
Contract Management and Compliance: Oversee Global IT contract approvals, implement a Contract Lifecycle Management application, ensure compliance with Procurement and Legal teams, and utilize e-signature solutions for execution.
Budget and Resource Optimization: Contribute to IT budget planning, track license and budget utilization, forecast financial needs, and oversee external subscription renewals.
Software Asset Management: Collaborate with asset management to source and manage applications globally, ensuring compliance with policies and security standards, and support application integration or decommissioning.
Stakeholder and Partner Engagement: Manage relationships with external strategic partners, coordinate leadership meetings, and evaluate the effectiveness of subscriptions.
Mergers and Acquisitions Support: Participate in due diligence, evaluate IT assets and liabilities, review software contracts, and develop integration transition plans.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Business Administration with expertise in financial planning and execution.
- 8+ years in IT management roles, including at least 3 years in contracts management and application lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with IT asset management, application decommissioning, and a proven track record in managing IT budgets and financial tracking.
- Experience in managing external vendor relationships and subscription services, along with e-signature solutions.
- Experience and exposure to IT processes in mergers and acquisitions contexts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in e-signature solutions and Contract Lifecycle Management applications, with a proven track record in IT contract management.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with adaptability to various situations, individuals, and changing business needs.
- Demonstrated strong ethical standards and integrity in professional practices.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $102,400.00 - $151,200.00 USD
Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.
