Position .Accountabilities:
As a Manager / Sr Manager SHE, you will be responsible for the management of Environmental permit compliance, Waste Management Program, and Sustainability Program. You will also participate in identifying and communicating environmental hazards and risks, establishing engineering and administrative controls. You will lead environmental spills/release investigations, including developing Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) Plans, reporting, and recordkeeping. You will also manage contractor staff and service providers, interpret and administer policies, processes and procedures that may affect work units.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, or similar field.
- 5+ years’ experience in Environmental field
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a regulated industry (biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, other)
- Experience working in cGMP environment, health and Safety, and industrial hygiene.

Desired:
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: CSP (Certified Safety Professional), CIH .(Certified Industrial Hygienist) or PE (Professional Engineer).
