About Accu-Trade:
Accu-Trade (www.accu-trade.com) creates SaaS software that makes it easy for consumers to get a guaranteed price when selling their used vehicle, and gives dealers tools to understand the used vehicle market, make the right decision when purchasing vehicles from consumer or other dealers, and gives clear insights into how to best monetize their inventory. Our products are used by thousands of consumers and dealers daily.
About The Role:
Are you a great engineering manager with lots of experience in cloud-based commercial software development? We are looking for you! We are building the next generation of our product platform, and need help creating the right product for our dealers in a way that will scale.
You would collaborate on new product development specifically for integrations and analytics, which includes stakeholder collaboration, partner sourcing and management, API and architecture guidance, roadmap and sprint oversight and management, and providing updates to stakeholders on a regular basis.
You have exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills. You have hands-on management experience, and a strong belief in developing the skills and talents of others. You care about what you do, and the people around you. You would help guide your team to create new functionality in a timely manner, working with product management, marketing and other teams, and you share your progress with these teams through regular reporting and stakeholder meetings.
Requirements:
The right candidate would have:
- Deep development experience, including 5+ years development experience, development workflows, and good understanding of devops
- Ability to oversee / participate in architectural discussions and build scalable integration platforms
- Experience working in a fully remote environment with an agile team
- Experience working within an OKR framework, developing high level OKRs and working with teams to managing lower level OKR
- Experience working directly with development, QA and UXUI teams
- Experience managing teams, having regular 1:1 meetings, and providing guidance and mentoring as needed
- Ability to write clearly and concisely and document processes, and create epics and stories from business requirements
- Worked directly with integration partners to evaluate and select partners, review APIs, and oversee implementation
- Ability to map out complex workflows and share that information with other teams
- BS in computer science or related field
Extras:
- Software architecture experience, and an ability to quickly identify design choices based on your previous experience
- Automotive industry experience
- Experience with industry platforms like HomeNet, vAuto, Chrome, JDPA

If you are hired at CARS, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills and/or experience.
