The role will be responsible for owning the management of the team that is accountable for the sales planning, performance management and reporting to drive sales productivity. This includes sales forecasting, pipeline management, territory design/management, salesforce sizing and coverage analysis and quota allocation. The role will ensure the cadence and operational rigor of running the sales organization is established. This will include the ability to ensure discipline, training and governance is in place to maintain key information across sales and finance systems to drive accurate business reporting for all levels of the business. This role will also have the responsibility to provide business process and system inputs that would support the improvements of our global systems and tools to manage the business.The ideal candidate will be able to deliver results, complete ownership of work and outputs, find a way to work through barriers, and work efficiently. We’re looking for someone to think analytically about the business, have a critical eye for detail, and have high expectations and standards. This is a fast-paced and evolving commercial environment that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and work towards a deadline. The right candidate will possess superb analytical skills and the ability to work as a team, not only with the Sales leaders and their colleagues but cross-functionally across the organization to drive growth and retention.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for regional level Annual planning (Bookings Targets, Operating Models, HC Targets, Territory Design, Quota Assignment). Translate business and financial targets into sales initiatives and priorities.
- Manage the design, implementation, and reporting of pipeline management forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes. This includes the implementation of systems to support revenue operations management including forecasting, like Clari or Anaplan.
- Establish a team approach that delivers high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in all key revenue operations activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure the commercial organization is measuring and achieving against objectives and core measures of organizational success.
- Partner closely with leadership in preparing executive management presentations regarding commercial organizational performance and key performance measurement indicators.
- Manages teams and processes that ensure operational excellence and productivity across all Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions including the optimization of sales channels and resources through the quota program and successful hiring and deployment of top talent.
- Work with marketing to drive demand management and lead generation programs.
- In partnership with HR and Finance, responsible for organizational and role effectiveness efforts across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver best-in-class productivity and support.
- Data management and governance of critical data objects to ensure data is organized, complete, and accurate, and adheres to business requirements
- Creation of datasets and reports necessary to drive effectiveness in Revenue Operations and enable analytics and reporting
- Maintain territory and account assignments based on analytics and total addressable market insights
- Works closely with senior sales leadership to define optimal performance measurements and performance management programs to ensure organizational success.
- Develops and maintains KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to provide insight into state of sales. - Develops and monitors key sales reports and take responsibility for the efficient distribution of sales reports and other data essential to the sales organization.
- Provides key inputs & recommendations into the global sales compensation design, spiffs and other rewards.
- Represents Region with key business partners (Finance, Marketing, HR, Enablement, etc.)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- 7 years plus of experience in sales/business operations, with a demonstrated history of improving sales productivity by providing data-driven insights preferably in the software/technology industry.
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a management capacity and supervising team members
- Data-driven mind-set with proven experience utilizing metrics & insights as tools for informed decision-making. <
