As a Manager, Revenue Growth Management, you will utilize your analytical expertise to develop strategies that leverage pricing, promotion, price pack architecture (PPA), and mix to drive top and bottom-line growth for our Sweet Snacking category. In this exciting role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions by integrating analytics and business intelligence. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Price / Promotion Insights & Strategy – Develop best practices by establishing pricing and promotion principles. Optimize retailer-level pricing to drive profitable growth for Kellogg and its customers. Success in this role will depend on effectively balancing pricing and trade investment to maximize sales and return on investment.
- Business Analytics – Deliver data-driven insights to the sales team by analyzing customer behavior and macroeconomic trends impacting pricing and promotions. Use Nielsen pricing and promotion tools to answer key business questions and support efficient, growth-focused strategies.
- Account Support – Serve as a key link between the Field Sales organization and Business Units, focusing on price and promotion analytics. Manage the quality and delivery of Nielsen-built pricing and promotion tools for customer accounts. By prioritizing business needs and effectively managing resources, you’ll help drive Kellogg’s strategic objectives.
- Internal Collaboration - Partner with Customer Marketing, Finance, Category Management, Business Planning, and the Kellanova USA Revenue Management team to drive trade efficiency, conduct pre- and post-event analysis, and deepen business understanding.
- Communication - Communicate effectively across internal and external stakeholders, building alignment through influence and persuasion. Translate results into clear, concise presentations and written reports to enable fast, informed decision-making.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- High School Diploma / GED with multiple years of relevant experience
- Extensive experience applying analytical tools to business problems, with strong understanding of Nielsen scanner data and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to understand and explain complex methodologies and outcomes in ways customers can apply
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with all levels of management
- Strong presentation and communication skills, including translating results into clear, concise reports
- Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Solid knowledge of economic/financial concepts (e.g., price elasticity, pricing thresholds, trade rate, net sales, gross profit)
Compensation
The annual salary range is $105,600 - $138,600, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
