Position is full time and grant funded for 5 years

• Design, Develop implement new courses, training competencies, education programs ,scenarios and simulation tools.
• Design & Implement evaluation tools and mechanisms to measure learning outcomes
• Develop and keep current contemporary clinical and professional practice outcomes measures for quality and safety
• Develop and keep current contemporary clinical and professional practice outcomes measures for clinical advancement
• Manage nurse residency program and fellowships
• Manage simulation lab
• Budget for simulation lab
• Informatics experience
• NDNQI Experience
• Informatics Experience

Requirements

• NYS RN Unencumbered license preferred
• Master Degree
• Management Experience - 3-5 years
• Staff Education Experience
• Adult Learning Theory application
• Shared Governance experience
• Simulation experience
• Online Education experience
• Magnet or Pathway to excellence experience
• Professional Certification in a related specialty or willingness to obtain one in 3 years
