Manager, Quality Control

Summary  

The primary responsibility of the Quality Control Manager is to manage flooring, cabinet, and countertop trades from inside the office or on job sites during construction, tracking and managing materials, ensuring quality installations, and providing a high level of service to internal and external customers.   

Essential Functions 

• Understand flooring, cabinet, and countertop materials as well as how materials are measured and installed 

• Manage flooring, cabinet, and countertop independent contractors on construction sites 

• Other duties as assigned 

Education & Experience 

Required 

• ​​High School or equivalent​ 

Skills & Competencies  

Required 

• ​​Strong communication skills, including written communication​ 

• ​​High level organizational skills, time management skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment to consistently meet deadlines​
