Join our professional services team implementing cutting-edge technology across our IT Complete solutions suite. Activities include meeting with customers to define and document business requirements, translating requirements into a project plan, allocating resources, setting milestones, driving progress, and reporting effectively. The Project Manager will communicate effectively with the customer to ensure efficient and successful delivery of the completed implementation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a talented team of project managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Provide mentorship and guidance to ensure professional growth.

• Strategic Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects that align with Kaseya's strategic goals. Ensure projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Resource management and On-boarding: Oversee resource schedules to structure the team to manage different projects and customers in different time zones. On-boarding new project managers and fostering continued education within the team.

• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success. Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership, driving informed decision-making. Achieve internal KPIs for utilization, CSAT, scope, schedule, quality, and overrun.

• Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and enhance project management processes. Implement best practices and innovative tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization

• Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span multiple lines of business

• Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence
• Create and maintain documentation, including business, system, and functional requirements, process flows, status reports, and configuration worksheets.

• Participates in cross-functional teams to explore process improvement initiatives, measure results, and refine processes to achieve business objectives
