We are seeking a Project Manager to join Western Union’s global Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team. In this role, you will manage global projects that aim to improve the workplace experience of our employees, which can and will include office buildouts, relocations, remodels, rebrands, and closures.
Role Responsibilities
- Drive global Corporate Real Estate (CRE) project Initiatives.
- Lead the delivery and/or revamp of key experiences critical to improving performance, growth, and engagement in the global CRE experience.
- Monitor/evaluate project progress, maintain project documentation and develop dashboards for communication.
- Provide input and recommendations to senior leadership to ensure proper decisioning regarding prioritization, resource allocation, timelines, and deliverables.
- Demonstrate confidence in their ability to create change through influence.
- Orchestrate teams across multiple disciplines.
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills and earns the trust of leadership and business partners alike.
- Travel anticipated at approximately 5-10%, domestic and international.
Role Requirements
- Experience managing construction projects and budgets.
- Experience managing facilities and/or facility-related projects.
- Substantive understanding of project management and change management methodologies.
- Experience managing/coordinating activities of a project team, including research, analysis, documentation, design/development, problem resolution, training, status reporting, implementation, and post-rollout review.
- Strong customer-centric viewpoint while possessing knowledge of other business units for possible efficiencies.
- Understanding of retail/commercial financial services products and delivery systems/platforms.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; Advanced degree desirable.
- Five years’ experience managing complex projects in a retail/consumer financial services organization(s).
- PMI Certification highly preferred.

Salary
The base salary range is $107,812.50 – 117,500 USD per year; total on target compensation includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
