THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Manager, Product Quality & Compliance to join our growing Quality Team. Reporting to the Director, Product Quality & Compliance, in this critical role you will be responsible for ensuring AG products meet all applicable compliance and quality standards as it pertains to our products. This role requires a combination of regulatory expertise, quality management knowledge, and strong leadership skills to maintain a high level of product safety, efficacy, and customer satisfaction. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure that the organization operates within the boundaries of applicable laws and regulations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Interpret and stay up-to-date with relevant local, national, and international quality regulations and standards applicable to the AG’s industry.
• Ensure AG’s products, processes, and operations comply with all applicable quality compliance requirements.
• Proactively identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Collaborate with Legal and Regulatory Affairs teams to support accurate and timely information for regulatory submissions.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including industry associations, and customers, to represent the organization's product quality and safety efforts.
• Conduct regular internal audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Work closely with RNI, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other relevant departments to integrate compliance and quality considerations into all stages of product development and production.
• Provide guidance to teams on product quality and compliance requirements, ensuring they are incorporated into product design and development.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of compliance activities, audits, and corrective actions.
• Generate and present quality-related scorecards and KPI reports to senior management.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Biology, Food Science or related field. Advanced degree of relevant certifications is a plus (e.g., RAC, CQA).
• 6+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA, ISO) is preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing quality and compliance initiatives.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Experience with risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external.
• Strong customer focus (internal and external) with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with suppliers.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage risks and resolve problems effectively.
