Job Description

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Product Manager is responsible for the overall success of assigned Brinks ATM and transaction related products.   This person must have a strong interest and understanding of the payments industry or a background in  product data analysis.  The successful candidate will need to work with teams across the organization, feel confident in their ability to communicate with development teams, project managers, business development groups as well as finance and accounting. 

To perform this job successfully, this person ensures that their assigned products meet or exceed forecasted performance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Monitor payment product KPIs, analyze transaction data for trends, and conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify root causes of processing issues or bugs.

  • Work with development teams, vendors, manufacturers and other partners to maintain product functions and growth

  • Work with Accounting for product budget questions and creating fiscal product reports

  • Identify Process/efficiency improvement methods, and work with PAI development teams or departments to implement changes

  • Define growth strategies for each product, and work with the Product Development team to approve and implement new strategies

  • Perform management tasks and daily routines to ensure products perform as expected
