About the Team

This team is the steward of how employees experience HR at Workday. You will be leading an existing, talented team of business solutions and technology analysts within our HR organization. You’ll be joining the HR organization, full of passionate HR professionals dedicated to ensuring a brighter Workday for all. The People Solutions & Technology team members are business-facing technical project managers, serving as the link between technology and business objectives, leveraging their in-depth global domain expertise to streamline processes, champion new initiatives, and effectively engage cross-functional stakeholders

In this impactful role, you will lead a talented team of business solutions and technology analysts, driving the design and optimization of HR programs and processes that directly impact our employees' journey. As a key member of the operations leadership team, you will have the opportunity to influence the strategic direction of our service delivery capabilities, collaborating with the P&P leadership team and our IT organization to establish priorities and spearhead innovation in employee experience, leveraging the full potential of Workday. Beyond strategy, you’ll be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within your team, championing growth, cross-training, and career advancement.
