About the RoleSupport Provider Network Development’s [PND] recruitment operations team in identifying top-quality licensed mental health therapists to join our rapidly-growing program. Our Provider Network Development Recruitment Team leads the full recruitment process, from marketing and outreach, to applicant evaluation and hiring, to working closely with our Operations and Clinical teams. You will be part of a highly-skilled, collaborative team who are shaping an innovative model of care. The work you do will help to create positive outcomes for our clients and redesign how mental health care is delivered today.

Responsibilities
- Manages all provider network development recruitment processes, documentations; strives for operational excellence
- Lead medium-to-large-scale operational initiatives to support PND growth / scaling goals; able to navigate complexity and ambiguity effectively, escalating as appropriate
- Proactively surface operational risks and advocate for most effective solution; drive implementation
- Partner closely with cross-functional partners to address and resolve program risks and challenges
- Invest team culture and "ways of working"
- Sets up the structure and cadence for medium to large cross-functional teams; creates materials and facilitates meetings with minimal support from senior team members.
- Serves as people manager to small operational team
- Develops tactical/operational plan for team, prioritizing work and delegating effectively across team members. Works with the manager, to adjust the team roadmap as needed.
- Responsible for team performance and associated program metrics
- Invests in team culture; Serves as informal mentor to more junior Ops team members
Qualifications
- 8+ years work experience with a Bachelor's degree
- Masters degree preferred
- Leadership experience required
- 2+ years of leadership experience preferred
- Able to create clear operational plans to direct the efforts of team members to achieve aggressive deadlines. Able to effectively delegate and balance team management with individual responsibilities
- Ability to balance strong attention to detail with understanding broader strategic and business goals; can successfully balance multiple tensions and identify a clear pathway forward
- Proactively identifies opportunities to improve team culture and provide thoughtful feedback to fellow team members; actively contributes to shaping team culture and working dynamics
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills; able to skillfully adjust communications for different audiences to influence coordinated action
