Manager of Financial Analytics/Project Management

The Manager of Financial Analytics/Project Management will have a strong background creating and developing reporting packages and automation through data analysis and query tools to support business growth and objectives. This role will be responsible for the development and maintenance of all escrow bond reporting and tracking including producing monthly escrow affidavits and reports to be sent to outside escrow agents, administration of software used for escrow payment tracking, analytical development and maintenance of reporting and data tracking for the Compliance, Contracts, and Title teams within Customer Commitments. Candidate should have a strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy for all reporting produced.

• Proactively develop and implement techniques, tools, and processes to improve reporting packages. Including the creation of management level presentations to present operation results
• Independently manage implementation and documentation of new projects as needed. Perform ad-hoc analysis and reports to assist with business planning.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with all business partners.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business area required.
• Minimum five (5) years of progressive data analysis experience
• Leadership experience a plus
• Timeshare/Hospitality industry a plus
• Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate effectively, as well as strong presentation skills.
• Exceptional team player with the ability to collaborate and lead a team through the completion of a project.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skill with the ability to effectively communicate results.
• Demonstrate success in managing multiple projects within strict deadlines.
• Ability to perform detailed financial analysis, formulate recommendations, and communicate in executive format.
• Candidate must possess the ability to make recommendations and formulate solutions as it relates to creating efficiencies.
• Ability to work with the Senior Management to strategize and plan to insure completion of Departmental and Business Goals and Objectives.
