Position Overview
At DrFirst, we believe every patient deserves better medication outcomes — and it all starts with meaningful engagement. As our Campaign Manager for the Pharma business, you’ll be at the heart of this mission, leading the strategy and execution of omnichannel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
You will play a critical role in connecting pharmaceutical brands with the healthcare providers, patients, and stakeholders who need them most — leveraging your passion for marketing, digital expertise, and curiosity to make a direct impact on healthcare.

What you will work on
Be the Driver of Campaign Success
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns for the Pharma business.
- Define campaign goals aligned with business priorities and sales objectives — from brand awareness to lead generation to customer conversion.
- Develop campaign briefs and strategic plans that connect the dots between audience needs, market insights, and the Timely by DrFirst unique value.
Orchestrate Collaboration Across Teams
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing teammates, the Pharma business unit, and external agencies.
- Manage creative development, media buying, digital execution, and event promotion — ensuring all elements work seamlessly together.
- Keep campaigns on track, on time, and on budget — while fostering a positive, engaged team environment.
Optimize and Measure What Matters
- Monitor campaign performance in real time, using data to guide decision-making and optimize tactics.
- Deliver clear, insightful reports to stakeholders on pacing toward goals, ROI, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications
- Experience planning and managing pharmaceutical marketing campaigns, including digital tactics and omnichannel approaches.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Hands-on expertise with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce preferred), email marketing, and automation workflows.
- Proven project management skills (ClickUp a plus).
- Ability to translate strategic goals into detailed execution plans and tactics.
- Strong communication skills — able to clearly explain ideas and results to both marketing and non-marketing audiences.
- Experience in SaaS, software, or mobile products is a plus.
- Passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes.
Physical Requirements
