JOB SUMMARY

 

The IT Manager, Supply Chain Applications, will oversee functional resources, technical resources, 3rd party support and development vendors responsible for the Shiseido warehouse applications, Blue Yonder and related systems. The role is responsible for tracking and prioritizing tasks related to projects, continuous improvement enhancements and ensuring SLAs are met internally with the onsite team and external vendors.  The role is responsible for warehouse operations and IT support team applying advanced functional and technical knowledge for operational improvements and efficiencies.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

 

  • Manage the support and development of Supply Chain Applications with internal and external support and development vendors with Blue Yonder and other supply chain systems.
  • Leadership of multiple teams for all business/technical issues related to Supply Chain applications.
  • Application of strong project management skills to ensure that project timelines are being met to stay within budget and on time while ensuring quality with technical deliverables.
  • Ensuring SDLC principles are followed for all phases of development from documented requirements documents to post go live support.
  • Provide knowledge transfer of newly developed logic with operations stakeholders and support staff.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and other IT stakeholders to identify root causes by identifying trends in reported issues and provide root cause analysis and solution options.
  • Understanding of the data models for all cross functional systems across all related supply chain systems for manufacturing, distribution, and transportation systems.
  • Ensure audit compliance for all regulatory requirements and systems within scope of IT Supply Chain systems.
  • Create and maintain all IT Standard Operation Policies.
  • Ensure 99+% up time of all Supply Chain Applications.
  • Management of all vendors to ensure SLDC governance, monitoring vendor performance, and adherence to contractual obligations to provide cost optimization.
  • Responsible for accurately managing multiple projects with accurate dates, times, resources, status updates, and stakeholder communication.
  • Create an IT roadmap for all application upgrades.
  • You will perform other duties as assigned.

 

WHO YOU ARE 

 

  • BS in Information Technology, Management, or equivalent combination of work experience
  • 5 Years experience in technical development/functional support of Blue Yonder Warehouse management systems, Blue Yonder Warehouse Labor Management systems and integrations.
  • Fluency in programming language development (SQL preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Dematic Pick Director, Dematic Sort Director, and WM6 WMS Goods-to-Person.
  • Experience developing and supporting .xml-based integration between WMS and SAP ERP applications.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse automation including Warehouse Co
