This role sits at the intersection of Accounting, Supply Chain, and Operations, ensuring that financial insights reflect the realities of our physical product flow.</p> <p>Reporting to the Sr. Director, Accounting, this leader will own inventory accounting operations, drive improvements in cost visibility, and build scalable processes that support Kinder’s continued growth.</p> <p>This role is ideal for a hands-on builder who combines strong technical accounting expertise with a continuous improvement mindset and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.</p> <h2>Key Responsibilities Include:</h2> <p><u>Inventory Accounting &amp; Financial Integrity</u></p> <ul> <li>Own inventory accounting across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP</li> <li>Manage inventory valuation, standard costing, and cost of goods sold (COGS) reporting</li> <li>Oversee balance sheet integrity, including reconciliations, reserves, and inventory roll-forwards</li> <li>Serve as the subject matter expert on inventory-related accounting policies and treatments</li> </ul> <p><u>Cross Functional Partnership</u></p> <ul> <li>Partner closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, and FP&amp;A to align financial r
