As the Manager HRIT, you’ll be responsible for managing HRIT Integration platform roadmap and strategy, including tool selection, development, and support standards. You will participate in design review meetings to come up with design and estimate timelines for delivery in HR and Payroll systems.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Manage HRIT Integration platform roadmap and strategy, including tool selection, development, and support standards.
• Participate in design review meetings to come up with design and estimate timelines for delivery in HR and Payroll systems.
• Oversee integration development, manage priorities, coordinating cross-area projects,
• assigning task, resolving issues/roadblocks and handling deployment/support activities.
• Plan and coordinate with Infrastructure and Enterprise Architecture team.
• Design, Code, configure, test the Technical Solutions using Cloud Integration and HR Systems.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for configuring Business rules, Workflows, and customizations in HR system landscape.

 

What you need to succeed at RXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related.
• Experience must include five (5) years of post-bachelor's progressive experience in all of the following:
  • SAP ECP Payroll with A BAP coding
  • Success factors Integration center
  • ServiceNow, Jira for change management
• Certifications required for the role:

• Boomi middleware programming and administration (Certified)
