Manager Home Health- St. Joseph Health System Home Care Services - Inland Empire

Schedule: Full Time/Days

The Manager of Home Health manages and coordinates the day to day operations of the home health interdisciplinary team to ensure quality and appropriateness of care and availability of services with appropriate staffing. The Home Health Manager facilitates and oversees quality initiatives and program implementation. This position ensures that services are provided in a cost-effective manner and in accordance with the policies and procedures of the organization and conforms to all appropriate accrediting and regulatory agencies.

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree - Nursing (preferred) or related field or on path to obtain Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field in next 6 years.
• California Registered Nurse License upon hire. 
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. 
• 2 years - Clinical experience in home health primary care clinic or health facility within the last 5 years.
• 1 year - Leadership/supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience in Regulatory Survey Preparation.
• Experience in Medicare Home health.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
