Position Overview:   

Entrust is seeking for a Manager, Global eCommerce Operations to be responsible for managing all aspects of our B2B & B2C E-commerce daily operations and the efficiency of our digital platforms. This individual will help define and execute eCommerce initiatives through partnering with business functions, external vendors and agencies. This individual will manage and lead a team of e-commerce analysts that manage daily store operations, ensures systems stability, scalability and flexibility. This leader will have responsibilities to drive more revenue based on best in class e-commerce practices. A great candidate would be excellent in preparing digital commerce strategy with hands-on ability to participate actively in its entire execution cycle. The role has a key ownership on ongoing e-commerce operations support in charge of introducing new self-service buying experience globally.

How you will make an impact: 

  • Work cross-functionally to develop and execute eCommerce roadmap and strategy against defined online sales targets
  • Partner with UX to deliver tools that users love to use; capture business requirements and manage prioritization of all future enhancement requests
  • Partner with analytics to establish new KPIs, metrics, and reporting to measure both operational efficiencies and improved customer outcomes
  • Partner closely with product management to plan and implement self-service go-to-market strategies that orchestrates roll out based on geographies, customer segments, product lines and functionality
  • Work closely with the development teams (e-commerce, ERP, billing systems,…) to acquire the necessary technical expertise required to plan, implement and support store operations.
  • Own e-commerce journey, provide leadership to drive an immersive and frictionless “best in class” experience for customers
  • Implement effective change management strategies and training plans to gain adoption from multiple business functions
  • Maintain integrity of online product catalog, manage product types, categories, names, SKUs, attributes, pricing, photos, descriptions, inventory
  • Timely manage e-commerce issues and escalations within the established SLAs
  • Catalog and actively manage all processes required for the operation of the e-commerce
  • Translate customer pain points and needs into site features, offerings, and solutions
  • Lead special self-service projects & innovation (Ex. new system integrations, payments, etc)
  • Drive conversion by demonstrating site optimization and SEO
  • Direct and report on store analytics (transactions, performance, conversion’s rates,…)
  • Collaborate with the QA team to ensure proper coverage of test plans
  • Provide testing assistance to QA when needed
  • Lead monthly e-commerce sprints, overseeing requirements gathering, features or bug fixes prioritizations and UAT execution
  • Lead e-commerce customer engagement strategy
  • Stakeholder management and collaboration
  • Synthesize the top customer pain points to address and enhance customer experience
  • Collaborate with go-to-market teams for content, positioning, advertising

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent amount of experience in relevant field
  • 6+ years of e-commerce management and operations
  • 4+ years of people management
  • High energy, self-motivated, and driven, with a strong sense of ownership, getting the job done and passion for winni
