Manager, Global Business Applications

Manager, Global Business Applications will manage a team of developers, system analysts and end user support professionals, supporting the use of Lindsay’s ERP across global locations. Lead the design and project management of new products, modify existing designs, and improve ERP functionality to meet business needs. Communicate all significant application related issues regarding business controls, process controls and SOX requirements. Provide mentoring, coaching and training for Lindsay personnel to ensure ERP implementation is sustainable and team members are growing in their professional goals. Write reports using SQL queries, SSRS, or Power BI. Partner with current IT vendors and internal IT team to work closely with them to support activities, as appropriate. Will supervise 8 subordinates. International travel is required 10% of the time. Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems or computer information systems and 1 year of IT experience which includes: 1 year of experience working with Business Central/NAV and 1 year of experience using SQL queries.

Salary $154,000/year.
