Purpose of Role
The Americas Wholesale FP&A Manager will be a key member of the Americas organization reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Americas Wholesale FP&A. The role provides financial and analytical support for our Americas wholesale business, directly supporting various accounts & channels of business. The role will focus on revenue scenario modeling, gross margin forecasting & support expense tracking
Your Impact
- Support various wholesale leaders and their accounts from go to market through sell-ins
- Particular focus on revenue scenario modeling, leveraging data and analytics in strong partnership with the planning function
- Additional focus on gross margin forecasting & analytics, including product mix analysis, pricing analysis and impact of trade terms on margin
- Understanding of currency impacts on Americas’ financials
- Support wholesale expense budgeting & tracking, driving accountability of partners through consistent reporting
- Lead 1-2 analysts who will drive customer profitability reporting & expense management
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree within Finance, Accounting or other relevant fields, MBA preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or corporate accounting
- Attention to detail and data accuracy are paramount
- Understanding of currency fluctuations & currency neutral reporting
- Team Player with demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and collaborate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at varying levels and articulate financial results and performance to derive actionable recommendations
- Expertise in Excel, financial modeling, and sensitivity analysis
- SAP accounting system experience or experience with other corporate financial accounting systems is a plus
- Willingness to stretch themselves and learn new things
- Commitment to process improvement
Workplace Location
- Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore, MD office.
- Return to Work Designation: 3 days a week in-office, the remainder of work week remote.
Relocation
- Relocation may be provided up to a specified amount
Base Compensation
$103,203.00 - $141,904.40 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position. UA is committed to helping our teammates succeed and advance in their careers. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
