Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

ContinuumCloud is hiring a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis. This role will be responsible for managing the budget process, updating financial forecasts, analyzing key SaaS metrics, and acting as financial support to the various functions in the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Calculate, analyze, and report on SaaS KPIs to various stakeholders
• Lead the budget process and multi-year plan
• Contribute to Board presentations and other analyses provided to the Executive Leadership Team
• Establish monthly management report process with key variances
• Review bookings, pipeline, and renewals along with sales, services, and marketing counterparts
• Analyze and provide recommendations for improving pricing decisions
• Develop ad hoc analyses related to new product or feature development, including the ROI on the projects
• Assist with M&A diligence and modeling
• Facilitate purchase requisition and expense review & approval

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Master’s in Business Administration and/or CPA license preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a SaaS-based company

• High level of familiarity with all key SaaS metrics
• Exposure to NetSuite, Salesforce
• Expert Microsoft Excel financial modeling skills
• Sound written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects at one time with high attention to detail
• Positive, solutions-focused approach
