We are looking to hire a Manager, Finance Transformation immediately in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

Position Overview
The Manager, Finance Transformation will support the Senior Director, Finance Transformation/GSO and Director, Finance Transformation in the development of a Finance Transformation roadmap and the related execution of the roadmap. The Finance Transformation roadmap will support all Finance functions- FP&A, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Controllership, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations, and GBS. The Manager will help drive the 4 Finance Transformation pillars as well as support broader Change Management. The Manager will support program management, development and maintenance of the Finance Transformation roadmap, and completion of individual initiatives. The Manager will need to develop strong relationships across all Finance sub-functions to understand their needs and other cross-functional partners to facilitate completion of initiatives. Lastly, the Finance Manager will need to have strong interest in process optimization and knowledge of trends in finance technology. 


Key Responsibilities
•    Program Management – Support development of initial roadmap, including identification of initiatives, evaluating prioritization, maintaining updates and tracking progress against milestones as applicable. The manager will assist with gathering required updates and support development of presentations for pillar leadership meetings and FLT steering committee meetings. Responsible for development and maintaining tracker for initiatives including costs, KPIs/benefits, status, and cross-functional resources required.     
•    Project Support – Manager will support/lead various prioritized projects/initiatives through partnership with respective project teams. Including financial analysis, financial modeling, process evaluation, automation identification, etc. Manager will have clear deliverables in projects that they will be individually responsible for and will need to ensure are completed in a timely manner.      
•    Business Partnership and Industry Knowledge – Develop and maintain strong partnerships with Financial sub-function leaders and other Cross-functional support. Understand needs of different functions to help provide perspective on prioritization. Also, perform research and have general awareness of external Finance Transformation trends to provide recommendations for implementation internally at MKC.     
•    Change Management – In partnership with the Change Management team, develop and execute change management strategies to support the adoption of new processes and technologies. Develop consistent materials/timelines to communicate transformation goals, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team.     
•    Team Management – Directly or indirectly leads a team of resources supporting various Finance Transformation initiatives. Provides regular performance feedback formally and informally and oversees development/training plans for direct reports. Actively uses performance and development tools to document and facilitate improvement/recognition discussions. Recognizes performance achievements. Removes barriers that prevent the team from achieving goals.
