Manager, Finance

Job Summary 

The position will use multiple models and modes of technology to track and highlight financial performance for the Omnichannel business.

 

 

Key Roles & Responsibilities: 

 

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for At Home’s Omnichannel business
• Perform financial analysis of business performance looking for trends in performance
• Develop and produce reporting used by Senior Management to drive business performance
• Provide regular financial analysis of P&L results for leadership team
• Maintain models used to develop short term and long-term forecasts on key business drivers
• Drive and manage relationship with business partners and various accounts
• Provide insights as to the business drivers of changes in the P&L a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Complete analyses in support of ad-hoc and strategic projects
• Budget, Forecast and participate in Long Range Planning
• Continuously find ways for improved efficiency 

 

            

Qualifications and Competencies:

 

• 3-5 years financial analysis experience 
• SAP and PowerBI experience a plus
• Strong communication skills: oral, written, and presentation
• Strong financial analysis and modeling background with great attention to detail
• Experience with retail operations a plus
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Hands-on, data driven approach to problem solving
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Finance / Economics / Statistics 
• Honest, hard-working, and driven to deliver financial results
