Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Manager, Field Installation who embodies our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity. Lead a team of installation technicians delivering high-quality, code‑compliant security and smart‑home installations. Own technician staffing, training, safety, and installation quality/cycle time. Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, schedule, coach, and performance‑manage an installation team; foster a safety‑first, customer‑first culture.
Enforce installation standards and compliance
Monitor job cycle times, first‑time‑right %, callbacks, and installer productivity; publish weekly/monthly dashboards.
Ensure readiness; coordinate with Field Service.
Conduct regular team meetings and ongoing technical training; maintain technician certifications/licensing.
Handle timekeeping accuracy, PTO approvals, and corrective action per policy

Requirements:

Prior leadership of 5+ field technicians in low‑voltage/security systems; strong planning under pressure.
Working knowledge of intrusion, fire, access, video, and networking fundamentals.
Valid driver’s license; ability to pass background/drug screen; safe driving record
