The Role
Under the guidance of the National Senior Manager of the Field Experience Team, the Regional Manager will lead a team of 6-8 Field Experience Representatives. They will create seasonal plans and marketing initiatives for their region, and review weekly reports, insights, and trends. Their wholesale coverage includes all HOKA wholesale and direct-to-consumer access points, such as national key accounts, local specialty accounts, lifestyle accounts, and HOKA retail.
The Regional Manager will lead weekly team meetings to share pertinent information and best practices, assist with internal training, and address field-based questions. As a critical part of regional development and investment decisions, they will act as a strategic partner to the sales leadership in the field.
The FEM is responsible for driving strategic planning, fostering creativity, and maintaining a consumer-first approach in field activations with wholesale partners, consumers, and brand partners. This involves creating exciting and engaging brand experiences in various settings and promoting product sales to end consumers at retail locations, pop-up shops, and expos. A strong understanding of the running, outdoor, and fitness communities is essential to identify and engage current consumers and reach untapped consumers.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
FER Regional Leadership
- Lead a team of 6-8 Field Experience Representatives within the regional territory, reviewing their activities, hosting weekly regional calls, and providing analysis of broad-based trends.
- Review weekly reports, providing summaries, insights, and trends. Lead weekly conference calls to share pertinent information and best practices with the FER team and sales, assist with training, and address field-based questions.
- Report on field activations and marketing meetings with wholesale partners, including opportunities and action plans, to the FET Senior Manager during calls.
- Supervise the regional FER team by assigning tasks, regularly checking their work, maintaining schedules, and managing day-to-day responsibilities according to established guidelines, procedures, and policies.
- Train and develop the Field Experience Team, supporting their internal career paths and professional development.
- Address and handle personnel issues, documenting and escalating them as needed to the FET Senior Manager and PX.
- Conduct bi-weekly touch-base calls with individual FERs to train and develop them, share feedback, and best practices as appropriate, and maintain weekly contact with FERs.
- Partner with the FET Senior Manager to recruit and onboard FERs for the regional territory, including infield introductions and training.
Regional Marketing
- Develop regional consumer, wholesale, and partner marketing plans in collaboration with Field Experience Representatives, local Account Executives, Regional Sales Managers, and Key Account Managers.
- Collaborate with FERs to identify growth opportunities within each territory for independent and strategic accounts.
- Partner with the Senior Manager of the Field Experience Team and the US GTM team to implement campaigns, initiatives, and experiences in the field.
- Create seasonal regional priorities and plans with the Regional Sales Manager.
- Coordinate with US Marketing and Regional Sales Leadership to allocate resources effectively for brand growth and ROI within the regional territory.
- Oversee monthly expense reports for the regional FER team, ensuring financial decisions are responsible, accountable, justifiable, and defensible according to organizational policies and procedures.
