The role you’ll contribute:
The manager of event planning and strategy is responsible for the coordination of business events, elements of which include, but are not limited to, event experiential creation, agenda development and recommendations, preparation and facilitating of intention meeting with stakeholders, event program development in partnership with audio visual team, speaker database and recommendations based on event intention and scope, preparation and proofing of written/graphic materials, show-flow development, pre-production meetings, vendor/site research, contract negotiation, expense management, food and beverage selection, audio visual management, budget reconciliation, and event analysis and statistics, including client/attendee engagement.
Communication Proficiency: Ability to convey ideas effectively in both written and spoken formats.
Organization & Time Management: Demonstrates basic skills in organizing tasks and managing time effectively.
Collaboration Skills: Openness to work with a team and contribute to joint objectives.
Client Interaction: Basic skills in understanding and addressing client feedback and concerns.
Master of Diplomacy: Exceptional skills in navigating high-stakes situations, making critical decisions that benefit both the project and client relationships.
