Salary: $35,700 - $45,900
Please note that new employees are placed in the range between $36,720 and $40,800 to allow for an equitable starting salary process and continual salary growth during an employee’s time at The Trustees.

Location: deCordova Sculpture Park & Museum, Lincoln, MA
The Role:
The Program Manager of the Corporate Art Loan Program at deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum serves as the primary point of contact for all current corporate members, all business development of prospective corporate members and oversees the strategic growth of the program. This individual is responsible for maintaining and growing program revenue, artist roster and artwork collection, and fostering impact on community in line with Trustees core values. The Program Manager will report to the deCordova Director & Chief Curator and manage the Operations Lead and Artist Relations Lead, along with the contractor pool.
Program Goals:
- Meet or exceed annual budgeted revenue for the Corporate Art Loan Program
- Foster and grow committed network of regional New England clients and artists
Specifically, you’ll:
- Expand client relationships utilizing effective and regular communication throughout the sales and service cycles, with emphasis on retention, revenue expansion, and new client acquisition.
- Identify and follow up with potential leads, follow up with referrals, create content and outreach through cold emailing or calling and targeted networking to generate new opportunities.
- When possible, collaborate with Trustees Development Team to identify and solicit new clients, and to support opportunities to bring existing clients into The Trustees’ donor base.
- Nurture customer relationships and identify opportunities for upsell
- Understand prospect and client needs and advise on budget and artwork accordingly
- Educate prospects, communicate value proposition, handle objections and resolve issues with clients
- Oversee full artwork selection cycle with clients; collaborate with Artist Relations Lead on custom curated digital artwork packages based on client preferences, present artwork options to clients and support client decision-making and final artwork selection ahead of client rotation.
- Guide prospects and clients through established onboarding process including intro call, site visit, artwork review calls and installation follow up documentation.
- Facilitate communication throughout entire sales cycle, from renewal notification to invoicing, to artwork package delivery and selection/approvals process, through successful installation and follow-up.
- Maintain program website and printed collateral for both client and artist prospecting and retention.
- In collaboration with Trustees Finance Team, maintain internal reporting, client invoicing, agreements, and COI/WC paperwork for clients.
- Professionally represent the Trustees and deCordova in the Greater Boston corporate world
- Guide the work of Artist Relations Lead and Operations Lead to maintain monthly flow of artwork rotations throughout the greater Boston area.
- Participate as needed in artwork install/deinstall process
