You'll lead a team of analysts and specialists, keep aging low and recovery high, and make sure every step holds up to our financial controls. We have been recognized as one of Inc 5000’s fastest growing companies in the U.S. for 13 years in a row, and as a result, our teams continue to grow as well!</p> <p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the end-to-end collections and accounts receivable process, from daily recovery to strategy across customer and merchant segments.</li> <li>Lead and mentor a team of collections analysts and specialists, setting goals and tracking KPIs like aging, recovery rates, and service levels.</li> <li>Run core collections operations, including TSYS balance holds, ACH return reporting, monthly write-offs, and collections journal entries.</li> <li>Analyze delinquency trends and use the data to improve forecasting, cash flow, and operational efficiency.</li> <li>Serve as the escalation point for tough recoveries and partner with Disputes and Underwriting on shared account risk.</li> <li>Document collections processes and safeguard against errors, losses, and financial risk (SOC 1, SOX).</li> <li>Bring AI tools into collections to automate correspondence, triage cases, and surface patterns in delinquency data.</li> <li>Partner across Finance, Risk, Sales, Operations, and Engineering, and represent collections in cro
