Manager, CMG Quality

Cottage Medical Group seeks a Manager, Quality responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of comprehensive quality management programs and educational strategies that foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in patient care. By collaborating with clinical and operation leaders and leveraging data-driven insights, the manager will ensure that all staff are equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills, and resources to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. This role aims to elevate the standards of care within our Cottage Medical Group (CMG), enhance patient outcomes, and support the professional growth of our workforce.

QUALIFICATIONS:

All job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently. 

Education:

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Preferred: Master’s degree.

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum: Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Quality database. Quality Management skills including flow charting, team facilitation, data analysis, and report generation.
• Preferred: 5 years of healthcare experience in patient safety, risk, and/or quality.

Years of Related Work Experience:

• Minimum: 3 years of healthcare experience in patient safety, risk, and/or quality.
• Preferred: 5 years of ambulatory experience in patient safety, risk, and/or quality.
