Manager Clinic Operations

This position works in concert with the Medical Director and the Administrative Director of Operations overseeing administrative, financial, developmental, and strategic activities of Swedish Pain Services.  Works collaboratively with the Front Office and Clinical Supervisors to provide day-to-day operation of Swedish Pain Services outpatient clinic and procedural areas.

This position monitors and analyzes departmental productivity with national and organizational benchmarks to ensure the meeting of departmental goals. Responsible for ongoing monitoring and implementation of processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Health or business related or 6 year’s equivalent work experience which includes management experience
• 5 years Hospital or ambulatory clinic setting
• 3 years Supervisory or management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
