Manager, Channel Sales

As the Manager of Channel Sales at Shopmonkey, you will have the exciting opportunity to build a program from the ground up, and manage a team with the primary goal of creating net new partnerships that drive Shopmonkey sales pipeline and revenue, as well as enabling existing partners to drive pipeline and revenue.

 

You Will Have The Opportunity To: 

• Manage a team of two with the primary goal of creating new partnerships 
• Enable our existing partners in person and remotely to drive pipeline and revenue
• Represent Shopmonkey at industry field events, including speaking opportunities around automotive trends and best practices 
• Iterate the channel sales strategy over time to scale the program 
• Work directly with senior sales and executive leadership internally

 

We Are Looking For You If You Have: 

• Leadership skills and experience in managing a team 
• A strategic partnerships or sales background 
• Expertise in building and leading new programs from the ground up 
• Experience interfacing with senior leadership
• Trade show experience 
• Public speaking skills 
• Ability to travel 50% of the time
• Automotive industry experience strongly preferred 

 

In the United States the range is typically a salary of $100,000 to mid salary of $110,000 + uncapped commission + equity + benefits. The range provided is Shopmonkey’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. Consult with your Recruiter during the initial call to determine a more targeted range based on these job-related factors.
