The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Manager, Change Management – TMO, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Leading end-to-end change management for transformation initiatives, ensuring strong adoption, readiness, and sustainment outcomes

  • Translating enterprise change strategy into actionable, people-focused plans aligned to program objectives

  • Partnering with program teams, functional leaders, and stakeholders to guide teams through change and drive business readiness

  • Assessing change impacts, risks, and organizational readiness, and executing mitigation strategies based on data and feedback

  • Designing and delivering communication and engagement strategies that clearly articulate employee impact and enable leader effectiveness

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher AND 4–6 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • Experience supporting change initiatives in complex, cross-functional environments

  • Demonstrated ability to translate transformation objectives into practical employee impacts and actions

  • Experience conducting impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and change effectiveness tracking

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Prosci certification or equivalent change management methodology experience

  • Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority in a matrixed environment

  • Proven experience working across large-scale transformation programs
