Job Description

The Bid Operations Manager will work as an independent liaison between internal and external production partners throughout the bidding process.  The role ensures a transparent and compliant process prior and during triple bidding.

Responsibilities:

• Distribute RFB’s and client bidding guidelines to production company bidders
• Liaise between internal and external production companies and other partners and agency producers on all questions during the pre-bidding and bidding stages 
• Ensure information is disseminated consistently and transparently
• Receive and distribute bids and director treatments from multiple bidders 
• Consistently and properly store bid information across projects
• Review bids with agency producers and participate in cost consultant and client calls during pre-bidding and bidding stages 
• Work independently to disseminate answers and information during pre-bidding and bidding phases consistently to all bidders
• Partner with various Groupe teams to update and enforce bidding processes and train teams in a concise manner

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in a production company and/or a cost consultant firm
• Understanding of production bidding, terminology, and process
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with all internal, and any external, partners and stakeholders
• Communicates effectively, informs and involves others to achieve shared objective
• Demonstrate project management skills: proven ability to manage multiple tasks to conclusion, on time and without compromise to quality of work output
• Impeccable ethics, integrity with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality

Compensation Range: $70,500-$117,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
