Apply now and define the future of work!</span></div></div><h1>About the role</h1> <p>This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal impact in the global employment space joining our Benefits team as Manager, Benefits Operations.</p> <p>As a dynamic and energetic professional, you will own the planning, implementation and overseeing of this chapter as part of the Benefits team.</p> <p>You will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Benefits Operations.</p> <h2><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Hire, lead, coach, support a high-performance operational team</li> <li>Deliver superior value to Remote's employees and clients</li> <li>Guarantee no revenue leakage in recharging Benefits to our Clients</li> <li>Improve &amp; optimise on an on-going basis processes, workflows and tools</li> <li>Serve as a subject matter expert on Benefits</li> <li>Identify automation opportunities in existing workflows together with Product</li> <li>Ensure Remote's service delivery is fully compliant together with Legal</li> <li>Collaborate effectively and efficiently with Payroll, Finance, Legal, Product, Engineering</li> <li>Support reporting, audit, compliance, and data integrity initiatives</li> <li>Be able to go from “scout to scale” and actually start things up</li> <li>Be an internal and external champion of Remote's values
