Manager, Así Studios

TelevisaUnivision Management Company in Miami, FL seeks a full-time Manager, Asi Studio to contribute to the development of plans and actionable solutions that yield successful go-to-market activations for clients through the company brand studio. Ideate and develop unique and compelling marketing solutions that are insight-led, match creative ideas with strategic media plans and win RFPs. Develop RFP responses within assigned verticals including, food, consumer-packaged goods, and quick service restaurant industries. Represent Partner Solutions Team members in day-to-day brainstorming meetings to assess client needs and maximize revenue opportunities for second-tier accounts. Manage client and agency relationships to ensure quality client service, transparency, and ensure effectiveness of solution provided. Liaise with cross-functional teams during RFP process to provide clear direction on deliverables needed to execute brand campaign in a timely manner. Provide multiplatform strategies to team executing plan for marketing opportunities. Ensure communications and relationships between linear, streaming, online, social and audio teams are effectively maintained to ensure a cohesive multi-touch offering is produced and delivered. Work with Así Studios creative and production teams to ensure presentation tells story in an impactful manner, with oversight from Director. Present strategic proposals to Sales and cross-functional teams. Execute campaigns, including overseeing content production and distribution processes. Create weekly and monthly reporting and comprehensive full campaign recaps.

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or related field plus 5 years of experience in the occupation or as a marketing specialist.

Must be fluent in written and spoken Spanish. Must have experience in multiplatform solutions including linear, social, streaming, online and audio. Must have experience with on-site brand activations. Must have experience in Spanish-language media industry.
