The Accounting Advisory Services (AAS) team helps organizations strengthen their finance and accounting functions through innovative, technology-enabled solutions and hands-on execution support. In this role, you will play a key part in the growth and success of our national practice by leading client engagements, managing project teams, and delivering high-quality solutions across complex accounting initiatives.
This role combines technical accounting expertise with client and team leadership. Success requires a passion for exceptional client service, a commitment to developing and mentoring team members, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, both internally and with clients.
What You Will Do:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for C-suite and senior client executives, providing strategic guidance, regular project updates, and executive-level presentations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities to expand service offerings.
- Develop engagement strategies and lead the execution of complex accounting and finance advisory engagements in collaboration with AAS leadership.
