Maintenance Worker

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Applicants are preferred to have progressive work experience in general maintenance and servicing of facilities, utilities, and equipment. Must be able to read, write, & speak English and communicate effectively. Must be able to understand and follow written and oral instructions. Requires frequent standing, stooping, bending, stretching and kneeling. Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Must be able to satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical. Must be able to work uncommon tour of duty. Requires a valid state driver's license. Successful completion of a Tier 1 background check is required. THIS IS A DRUG TESTING DESGINATED POSITION. Incumbent is subject to random testing for drug use.
