SALARY: $39.99/hr. starting wage 

• Increased to $40.69 after 60- day probationary period 

• Shift differential: Midnight shift $0.50 and afternoon shift $0.45 

SHIFT:  

• Day Shift: 7:00a - 3:00p 

• Afternoon Shift: 3:00p - 11:00p 

• Midnight Shift: 11:00p - 7:00a 

• Saturday shifts receive 1.5x base pay rate 

• Sunday and Holiday shifts receive 2x base pay rate 

​​**Weekenders are considered part-time positions and would see an average of 16 - 24 hours in each weekend, working 8-12 hour shifts dependent on Brewery needs. Weekend schedule begins Friday night at 11:00p and ends Sunday 11:00p**

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Work in a team or autonomously to complete work orders and provide maintenance support in a high-speed manufacturing environment. 

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment, disassembling and reassembling of machinery, overhaul gearboxes, and replace bearings, bushings, etc. with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. 

• Perform quality, maintenance, preventive maintenance and housekeeping checks and record in automated computer system programs.  

• Perform mechanical work e.g., conveyor bearing and chain replacement, major equipment overhaul, motor/gearbox replacements, valve and pump maintenance, and lube routes 

• Interpret schematics and equipment manuals. 

• Adhere to plant safety and sanitation requirements; Complete assigned work safely & efficiently per Standard Operating Procedure
