Maintenance Technician

1. Repair of assembly and material handling equipment
2. Servicing and preventitive maintenance of assembly, material handling equipment according to service instructions and control instructions
3. Rebuilding and improvement of assembly equipment (root cause analysis and improvement)
4. Creation of operating manuals, service instructions and control instructions of rhte porduction equipment
5. Detailed recording of the fulfilled tasks on a daily basis in SAP
6. Effective coordination and execution of the assigned tasks and work orders
7. Responsible for meeting the OSHA/safety reuqirements in the work area - maintain as required
8. Ensure compliance of quality systems to all required standards including customer specific requirements as well as the quality, effectiveness and cleanliness of the own responsible area
9. PLC troubleshooting and programming
10. Understanding and fulfillment of Operatiosn KPIs
