Key Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests efficiently and professionally
• Prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins
• Perform general maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• Maintain community grounds, amenities, and common areas
• Respond to emergency and after-hours maintenance calls as part of the on-call rotation
• Monitor and maintain maintenance inventory and supplies
• Follow all safety policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous apartment maintenance or related maintenance experience preferred
• HVAC experience required
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification preferred
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and building systems
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
• Must have basic maintenance tools and reliable transportation
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
