Description:

Maintenance Technician – Saint Mary Home (Part of Trinity Health Senior Communities)
Location: West Hartford, CT

Are you handy and enjoy helping others? Join our team at Saint Mary Home, a long-term care community where your work keeps residents safe and comfortable every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle basic repairs like fixing doors, lights, and plumbing.
• Help keep heating, cooling, and other building systems running smoothly.
• Respond to maintenance requests from staff and residents.
• Support room setups and furniture moves.
• Work with outside vendors when needed.

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Some experience with building maintenance or repairs (2+ years preferred).
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to lift, climb, and work in different conditions.
