Job Description
We have an immediate opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join us at our diverse team in Louisville, KY. The candidate in this role will help maintain/ troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment throughout operation.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Troubleshoots and maintains the mechanical equipment in the plant, including, but not limited to; routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, equipment rebuilds, pneumatic, hydraulic, and pumping systems, CNC machines, hydraulic power units, hydraulic metal forming presses.
- Dismantles machinery to repair or replace defective parts.
- Uses hand tools, pneumatic tools, lifting equipment such as forklift, crane, metal working tools and machinery such as grinders, lathe, mill.
- Provide line support for the assembly cell. Assist in the daily activities of implementing process changes and problem solving on the shop floor.
- Repair of machines used in production including replacing hydraulic hoses, identifying leaks, replacing lube blocks, valves, belts, cylinders, seals.
- Electrical repair includes replacing switches, solenoids, cooling fans, fuses, NEMA motors, heating elements, relays and contactors.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-year experience in industrial maintenance.
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Computer skills, (Microsoft Office, PLC, test stand)
- Ability to read and understand hydraulic & electrical schematics.
- Outstanding safety record and approach to behavioral based safety using proper PPE are requirements.
