- Handle apartment repairs & service requests
- Prepare units for new residents
- Maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities
What We’re Looking For:
- HVAC experience required (EPA certification preferred)
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general systems
- Ability to take after-hours calls
